Sukram Lama — Lead Trainer
Sukram Lama is a seasoned barista and coffee professional with over a decade of hands-on experience across Asia and the Middle East. His journey began at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Malaysia (2013–2015), followed by a pivotal role at Costa Coffee in Dubai (2016–2020), and later in Fujairah—where he trained and worked at specialty coffee shops and restaurants (2020–2022), honing his craft in high-volume, quality-driven environments.
In 2022, Sukram returned to Nepal to launch his own ventures:
- Taboche Restaurant — a fusion dining experience at Siddhapokhari, Bhaktapur
- Specialty Barista Training Center — empowering the next generation of Nepali baristas with global standards
- Loyal Java Time Coffee Shop — a cozy, quality-focused café also located in Siddhapokhari
With deep expertise in espresso techniques, customer service, and café operations, Sukram now trains aspiring baristas to meet international benchmarks—blending technical precision with a passion for hospitality.
